House rules

• Entry by car is possible only from 7h - 24h. Vehicles arriving between 24h and 07h should be parked in the night parking lot.
• Guests are asked to always bring the application form with them and to present it at the request of the employee.
• Please do not make noise that may disturb other guests, including the use of radio, television and musical instruments. Peace and quiet are mandatory from 24h to 07h.
• Outdoor fires are prohibited by law due to the risk of fire. Barbecue is allowed only in the designated common area of Porton Nature Hideouts.
• Invoices are settled before leaving the accommodation unit in order to avoid crowds in the parking. Pitches must be vacated by 12:00 and mobile or holiday homes by 10:00. Otherwise you will be charged for additional day.
• Porton Nature Hideouts assumes no responsibility for missing or damaged items owned by guests, and for accidents or injuries caused by personal negligence of the guest

Additional measures in camp

• All providers of additional services must wear personal protective equipment when providing services on the premises of our campsites.
• All accommodation units are thoroughly cleaned and additionally disinfected with an approved product.
• Special attention is paid to hard surfaces and high touch points such as buttons, light switches, remote controls, kitchen appliances, door handles and railings.
• To help maintain good hygiene standards, guests have antibacterial cleaners and hand soap at their disposal during their stay.
• Usual check-in periods can be changed to allow the household department extra time for the thorough cleaning processes needed for everyone's safety, and guests will be notified of any changes to check-in and check-out times prior to their stay.
