General terms and conditions

STANDARD RATE PRICE

• Free cancellation of reservation in periods:

01.04.-27.06. and 06.09.-02.11.2026. – up to 5 days (14:00 CET) before arrival.

28. 06.-05.09.2026. – up to 7 days (14:00 CET) before arrival.

• A credit card is required as a reservation guarantee.
• In case of no-show, without prior cancellation of the reservation, we charge your card for the total amount of the reservation.
• Your credit card can be pre-authorized 30 days before arrival for the amount of the first night.
• Within the notice period, we can charge your credit card for the amount of the first night per accommodation unit. For cancellation of the reservation after the cancellation period, we retain the debited amount.
• In case of failed pre-authorization of your credit card, you will be notified. If we are unable to charge your credit card, your reservation will be cancelled.
• If the guest does not have a credit card, a deposit of 20% of the reservation amount is charged as a guarantee. Payment of the guarantee deposit via bank transfer, for guests without a credit card, must be made no later than 5 days after the reservation was made.
• In case of early departure, the full amount of the reservation is charged, unless the reason for the departure is illness or force majeure. The guest can request the cancellation of the reservation and the return of the paid funds. The paid money is returned to the guest within 30 working days via bank transfer.

EARLY BOOKING PRICE

• 30% of the reservation is charged within 3 days of the reservation
• In the case of payment by bank transfer, the payment (30%) must be made no later than 5 days after confirming the reservation
• The advance payment is non-refundable
• The remaining amount of the reservation is paid at the camp reception
• Cancellation periods:

01.04.-27.06. and 06.09.-02.11.2026. – up to 5 days (14:00 CET) before arrival.

28. 06.-05.09.2026. – up to 7 days (14:00 CET) before arrival.

NON REFUNDABLE PRICE

• It is not possible to cancel the reservation
• The full amount of the reservation is charged within 3 days of the reservation.
• Date changes for Non-refundable reservations

The date can be changed only once with the same or higher price, same reservation conditions and the same type of unit. Date changes are subject to current availability, pricing and restrictions. To change the date, please send a request to hello@porton.hr

• In the case of payment by bank transfer, the payment must be made no later than 5 days after confirming the reservation

"MY PORTON MOMENT" GIVEAWAY CONTEST RULES

1. ORGANIZER

The organizer of the giveaway contest is ČIČILO d.o.o., Aleja Porton Biondi 1, 52210 Rovinj, Croatia (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

2. CONTEST NAME

"My Porton Moment"

3. CONTEST PERIOD

The contest will be held in two rounds:

Round 1

• Entry period: June 22, 2026, at 10:00 AM – June 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM (CET)
• Voting: June 28, 2026 (24-hour Instagram Story poll)
• Winner announcement: June 29, 2026

Round 2

• Entry period: July 6, 2026, at 10:00 AM – July 11, 2026, at 10:00 AM (CET)
• Voting: July 12, 2026 (24-hour Instagram Story poll)
• Winner announcement: July 13, 2026

4. ELIGIBILITY

The contest is open to all individuals aged 18 or over who have a public Instagram or Facebook account.

5. HOW TO ENTER

To participate, entrants must:

• Follow Porton Nature Hideouts on Instagram or Facebook;
• Post a photo or video taken during their stay at Porton Nature Hideouts;
• Tag (@mention) Porton Nature Hideouts;
• Write a few sentences describing their experience;
• Use the appropriate hashtag:
  • #MyPortonHoliday – for the Mobile Homes category
  • #PortonCampingLife – for the Camping Pitches category.

Instagram entries must be published on the participant's own profile and include a tag of the Organizer.

Facebook entries must be posted as a comment under the official contest post on the Porton Nature Hideouts Facebook page.

Participants may submit multiple photos and/or videos.

6. PRIZES

Two prizes will be awarded:

Mobile Homes Category

• 3-night stay for up to 4 guests in a Family Holiday Home with a private pool.

Camping Pitches Category

• 4-night stay for up to 4 guests on a Prestige Pitch.

Prizes may be redeemed between August 20 and November 1, 2026, subject to accommodation availability.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. WINNER SELECTION

The contest consists of two phases.

Phase 1 – Selection of Finalists

The Organizer's selection committee will choose four finalists in each category based on the following criteria:

• Photo or video quality;
• Authenticity;
• Creativity;
• Emotional impact;
• Representation of the Porton Nature Hideouts experience.

Phase 2 – Community Voting

The finalists will be presented through Instagram Story polls.

The entry receiving the highest number of votes in each category will be declared the winner.

Winners must send their personal information to the Organizer by email to hello@porton.hr within 7 days of the winner announcement.

If a winner fails to do so, the Organizer will issue a written reminder and allow an additional 3 days to provide the requested information.

Failure to submit the required information within the specified deadline will result in forfeiture of the prize, and the Organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.

If the submitted personal information is incomplete, the Organizer may refuse to award the prize and select another winner.

The following information must be provided:

• Full name
• Email address

Once the required information has been received, the winner will receive instructions on how to claim and redeem the prize.

8. COPYRIGHT

By entering the contest, participants confirm that they are the authors of the submitted photos and/or videos or that they hold all necessary rights to use and submit such content.

Participants grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use the submitted photos and videos for promotional and marketing purposes, including publication on social media, websites, printed materials, and digital marketing materials, with credit given to the author where applicable.

9. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

By participating in the contest, participants consent to the processing of their personal data solely for the purposes of administering the contest, selecting and announcing the winners, and awarding the prizes, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS

By participating in the contest, participants accept these Rules and waive any claims against the Organizer regarding the conduct of the contest, except where otherwise provided by applicable law.

Participants agree that the Organizer may contact them, if necessary, via email, telephone, or social media regarding matters related to the contest and prize distribution.

Any complaints or claims will be handled by the Organizer as promptly as possible.

The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Rules or terminate the contest at any time for justified reasons. Any changes will be announced through the Organizer's official communication channels.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Facebook and Instagram bear no responsibility for the organization or administration of this contest, nor for any disputes arising from it.
